By using LOKALWAY services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms are governed by Greek law and EU regulations (Regulation 2018/302 on geo-blocking, Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
Payment is required at booking. We accept major credit cards and comply with PSD2 (Payment Services Directive 2015/2366/EU). Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup receive full refunds. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, distance purchases have a 14-day withdrawal right (excluding already-used services).
Personal data is processed according to GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) and Greek Law 4624/2019. See our Privacy Policy for details. By using our services, you consent to data collection necessary for service provision.
Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Greek courts in Heraklion, Crete. EU consumers may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). We commit to good faith resolution attempts before litigation.
LOKALWAY reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
